This is a picture of my family and my brothers family. We don't get to see them much so we were so happy that we got to visit with them before my brother heads off to Iraq. This a small cake I threw together for Alexandras actual birthday. We did not want her to think we forgot about it since it was going to be so long before her party. Adam getting ready to help Alexandra cut her cake. He always lets the birthday girl cut the first piece. (oh, and his bald head!)

Her cake all lit up, we had to put the candles in the back, there was no room in the front. And Makenzie in the back ground cha cha chaing the birthday song. I blame Bear in the big blue house for this annoying rendition of the birthday song!
